GoPilot is operated by SilentiumLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how GoPilot handles information when users use the GoPilot Android app.
GoPilot may allow users to enter, scan, save, or manage trip-related and business-related information, including:
GoPilot may use the device camera when a user chooses to scan permit text, route sheets, receipts, or other trip documents.
GoPilot may also allow users to select specific photos, files, or documents from their device for permits, receipts, invoices, route sheets, bills of lading, load photos, or saved trip records.
GoPilot does not require broad access to a user's full photo or video library. Users choose what photos, files, or documents to add.
GoPilot may use location-related features when users choose to use route, map, staging, or trip tools. Location information may be used to help users review routes, open map directions, or organize trip information.
Users should always verify permits, routes, road signs, bridge limits, road conditions, and official sources before moving.
Information entered into GoPilot is used to help users organize trips, permits, route review notes, saved records, documents, receipts, invoices, mileage, checklists, and business paperwork.
GoPilot is designed to store user-created trip records, notes, receipts, invoices, mileage records, and business records locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, or send information outside the app.
GoPilot may allow users to export or share records, reports, PDFs, text files, CSV files, JSON files, or other files. Users control when they share or export this information.
GoPilot Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. GoPilot does not collect or store payment card information. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.
GoPilot may use third-party services or platform tools such as Google Play Billing, Google Play services, maps, file sharing, or device-level tools needed for app functionality.
GoPilot is designed to help users keep trip and business records organized. Users are responsible for protecting their device, exported files, shared records, and any information they choose to send outside the app.
Users can delete app data from inside the app where available, delete exported files from their device, or clear app data/uninstall the app through Android device settings.
GoPilot is not intended for children under 13. The app is designed for drivers, pilot car operators, escort drivers, business users, and related transportation users.
SilentiumLabs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
